So last night Jacob went into the bathroom in the master bedroom and closed the door. He seemed to be in there for awhile but I didn’t think too much about it. I just thought he was doing a little paper, as Lane calls it! Anyway, when he came out I was in my bedroom putting some clothes away and I could instantly smell a mixture of perfume trailing behind him. So I asked him to come back into my room. I asked him if he was spraying my perfume. He said yes so I asked him which one and he informed me that he sprayed my two perfumes on his arm along with Lane’s two colognes. It was a good thing it was bath night last night because he sure stunk. Note to self, never spray 4 different kinds of perfume/cologne at one time. It’s not a good smell. What a funny little boy!

Christmas with Grandma Ivy
On Sunday we celebrated our last Christmas with my Grandma Ivy (my dad’s mom) at the Travel Lodge in Moorhead. There was a total of 29 people. I’d list them all but it would take too long! Aunts, uncles, grandmas, grandpas and cousins filled the room. The kids ran around and played while all the adults visited. We ate snacks, supper and opened presents and then packed everyone up and headed home. And that wrapped up Christmas for 2008. The kids were spoiled once again but they weren’t complaining! It was a good Christmas filled with many blessings and good times with our families. Here are some pictures from Christmas with Grandma Ivy. Hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season!

Christmas with the Redfields
On Friday we celebrated Christmas with the Redfields at my mom’s house. It was another house full but once again it was so much fun. Grandma Vivian and Uncle Tom came from western North Dakota, Justin came from Chicago and Jen, Nate and Emma came from Grand Forks. Of course Jason, Jerene, Mallorie and Karisa were there along with us. When you get 5 kids 8 and under together opening presents its gets crazy. But a fun crazy! I can only imagine what next Christmas will be like with the three little girls. The kids got lots of toys and clothes. It was so much fun visiting with grandma and Tom but I think they were glad when we all left mom’s and the house was nice and quiet again! J Here are some pictures from our Christmas with the Redfields.

Christmas with the Husebys
Holy cow, can you believe Christmas is over. We had a fun Christmas this year. The kids of course got spoiled to no end and had a blast hanging out with family. We celebrated Christmas with the Husebys on Christmas day at Lonnie and Ardis’s house. Brec, Tina, Anthony and Isabel came from the cities and Aunt Bussy came from Bismarck. Brad, Anita and the kids were also there with us. It was a house full but it was so much fun. MaKena tried to open her presents but didn’t really know what to do. She really loved the paper and bows. Nana and Papa helped her open all her gifts and I think Papa was as excited as she was when a new toy was opened! Jacob had no problems tearing into his presents. He got a lot of cool stuff. Now we just have to find a good place to put it! Here are some pictures from Christmas with the Husebys.
