Jacob just completed his 3rd year of soccer this spring. He sure has come a long way from the first year. It’s not as frustrating to watch anymore. Although I don’t think my mom would agree with me! He had a good year this year and learned a lot. They had real goals this time instead of just cones and they even had goalies. They played on a bigger field which seemed to wear the kids out even more. But they still ran in a pack after the ball and didn’t get the whole idea of passing to each other. But with time they will eventually get there. Jacob decided he would like to play again next year so I signed him up again. I’d like to get him into football but I’m not sure if I can see Jacob all dressed up in the football gear hitting other boys. But I guess never say never!
