We made our annual trip to Santa's Village again this year. The kids were excited to see Santa and tell him what they wanted in their stockings. Jacob, MaKena and I met Jen, Emma, my mom, Karisa and Mallorie at Santa's Village on Saturday afternoon. We got there right as it opened and were the first in line to see Santa. Jacob, Mallorie, Emma and Karisa had no problem sitting on Santa's lap. When it was MaKena's turn she was a little scared. Thankfully Jacob was able to sit with her so we could get a picture. Last year I had to sit on Santa's lap so I was glad I didn't have to do that again this year.
Once the kids had their time with Santa we moved to the kitchen to decorate cookies with Mrs. Claus. Mrs. Claus always has some fun jokes and stories for the kids. After the cookie decorating we moved on to the bunk house to make an ornament for the tree and get some tattoos. The kids made their ornaments, got a tattoo and colored some Christmas pages. The bunk house (I think that's the name of the building) was getting a little busy so we decided to move on to the building with the train.
The kids all ran over to see the train. Grandma always gives them money to drop on the train. I seriously think this is MaKena's favorite part. She could sit and watch the train all day. The kids also wrote letters to Santa and we dropped them in his mailbox on our way out to catch a ride on the horse pulled wagon. MaKena loves horses so was excited. Thankfully the weather was nice so waiting for our turn wasn't as cold as past years. After the horse ride we took a few more fun pictures of the kids and headed home for the day.

Did Jacob go see Santa more than once? I could have sworn that I saw him when we went. And I hate that mrs.claus! She is always a crab when we go! Great pics!
